Cherry tomato sauce from Agromonte, the producer of Chiaramonte Gulfi, near Ragusa, known for its Sicilian ciliegino tomatoes. The cherry tomatoes are carefully harvested and processed with natural methods, so the sauce keeps their sweet taste with very low acidity.
