Formagella Tremosine Cheese is a traditional cheese produced with organic milk from Parco Alto Garda Bresciano. It is skillfully aged and smoked with natural smoke aroma. Formagella Tremosine Cheese is not only delicious and nutritious, it is also highly digestible.
This cheese offers a fragrant flavour and delicate fragrance of mountain meadows that is enriched by the natural smoke aroma. Formagella Tremosine Cheese is aged for at least 2 months to bring out a mild aroma and open-texture paste. The flavours are rich with notes of butter, toasted pine nuts and smoked aroma.
You can eat Formagella Tremosine Cheese alone, alongside white wine and it is also perfect for a cheese board, as well as with a salad or asparagus frittata. It can also be paired with Muscat or Riesling or white wine.
