Goat Caciotta Dolceterra is made from goat’s milk and uniformly mottled throughout with spicy chillies. Produced with pasteurized goat’s milk, Goat Caciotta is aged for 30 days. It has a creamy, thick texture and sharp, goaty aroma.
The flavors of this cheese are creamy and mild with the chillies providing herbal, smoky flavor rather than a spicy kick. The cheese is white and creamy and provides an excellent taste that lasts in the mouth. It is digestible and can be consumed on its own as breakfast, lunch or dinner.
With a thin white rind, its paste is compact. It pairs well with all vegetables and chestnut honey. You can also accompany the cheese with a Tempranillo or a Shiraz. It is perfect with most of your favorite recipes and dishes. Don’t miss the taste and aroma this cheese has to offer.
