Mosto Argento is a perfect blend of the Taggiasca olive with other reputed Italian Cultivars. Harvested by hand from November to December, at maximum ripening, the olives are then immediately cold pressed
The Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Mosto Argento" is produced by blending the Taggiasca olive with other reputed Italian olives.
Harvesting is done by hand from November to December, at maximum ripening of olives. These are then immediately cold pressed .
Mosto Argento has a gentle flavour, which makes it particularly suitable for seasoning delicate dishes. In comparison to Mosto Oro, it is slightly less fruity.
"Mosto" means unfiltered, and in fact, the oil is bottled just as it comes from the mill, without any kind of treatment, after a period of natural decantation.
The elegantly wrapped bottle (in titanium-coloured foil) ensures complete protection against light for a better preservation of the organoleptic characteristics of the product.
