Tortelli Bagoss cheese is a stuffed pasta typical of Lombardy. The Tortelli we are offering is entirely "handmade" from the preparation of the pasta to the packaging. Even the filling, which is prepared with the famous Bagoss cheese Bagolino, is placed manually in each casoncello before closing the panzerotto and packaging.
The Tortelli are prepared with the typical Bagoss cheese, which is fresh, soft and without any fats. You will love it with butter and sage. If you love Italian food and you have never tasted this Tortelli, you are missing out on the best of the best.
Consume after cooking. Boil in salted water for about 3 minutes. Drain and season.
Store at +4°C ±2°C. Once the pack has been opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Do not perforate the packaging.

Filling Ingredients: Cow's ricotta cheese, Bagòss cheese (MILK, rennet, salt, saffron), breadcrumbs, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, milk, salt, nutmeg, black pepper.
We have two types of products for shipping. Simple Items and Special Care Items (Alcohol and Cured Meats). For Simple items shipping cost is 14$ or free for order over 90$. For special care items shipping is free over 250$ or calculated on the weight of the order.
Every order for every item over 250$ is shipping fee free.

Typical consumer orders to a residential physical address within the 48 contiguous states normally will be shipped via DHL Express / FEDEX Priority. Orders for schools and businesses normally will be shipped via DHL Express / FEDEX Priority Saver within 3-4 business days of receipt. Orders will be delivered within 1-3 business days after shipping.
