Very poot customer service. Order came very hot, no ice packs or nothing to protect perishables. I contacted custimer service for a return and this is over a month ago, no solution yet.

Received my espresso glasses very quickly all the way from Italy. They are of very high quality and beautifully and crafted. Will be ordering the Sicily ones when they are back in stock.
