We have been producing fresh Tortellini in Modena since 1955. Our aim is to produce everyday premium quality artisan products, which is why each and every one of our suppliers is carefully selected and all the raw ingredients we use are the best available on the market.
All our products are manufacturing excellence starting from the dough, which is obtained from wheat flour, eggs and water, and finally drawn to bronze to get a rough and tasty dough. For the fillings, we carefully select the best of our traditional products: cured ham, Mortadella, and Parmigiano Reggiano, as near as possible to our territory to enrich the flavor and quality of our fresh pasta.
All our fresh pasta is produced using bronze dies to ensure a rough surface that perfectly embraces any sauce or dressing.
