Cheese obtained from pure sheep's milk, aged over three months.
The paste is friable, from the marked but sweet taste of sheep's milk. 
It is rendered piquant by red small pepper. 

Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep MILK, salt, minced chili, peppers (0,5%), rennet, starter cultures. On surface: rapeseed oil. Not edible rind. 

Whole: 1 kg  (Approx.)

Excellent cheese with just a little kick goes great with a red wine ! Also fantastic on a dish of pasta !

Food to a different level

When you add this cheese to any pasta, risotto, vegetable or meat and also fish it takes it to another level. The creaminess and the little kick is fabulous.
I gave a piece of my wheel to 6 different family members. I need to order another wheel!!!
