You will need:
• 1 jar of Vellutata di Zucca & Speck
• Slices of bread (to taste)
• Extra virgin olive oil
• Black pepper (to taste)
Shake well before opening. Pour the velouté into a small pan and warm gently for a few minutes. For a more satisfying meal, toast slices of bread on a hot pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Once ready, serve with a drizzle of EVOO and a turn of black pepper. Optional toppings for a more substantial bowl: extra crispy speck for texture, a spoonful of crème fraîche or mascarpone, fresh sage leaves. A meal in minutes.
