The Scottona of Mr. Beefy
The Aberdeen Angus is an ancient breed of beef cattle, which takes its name from the original Scottish town of Aberdeen and is the most widely bred in the world. It is better known as Black Angus because of the black color of its coat. The meat is delicate and soft, with the characteristic marbling fat that gives it an elegant and strong flavor, classifying it among the most valuable meats. The distinctive character of our high quality hamburgers is given by the right fat content of the meat. Our animals live in a healthy, clean and airy environment with a diet based on a high starch content and a high intake of good quality hay. In this way they achieve the right level of quality to guarantee an excellent end product.
