Characteristic product, produced by immersing cubes of Formagella Tremosine in extra virgin olive oil and various aromas.
A product with unmistakable taste, suitable for appetizers or aperitifs. The typical Formagella Tremosine is carefully cut in ideal-sized cubes, placed in glass jars with the addition of spices and entirely covered with extra virgin olive oil from Lake Garda.
It rests there for a few days so to let the flavours soak in with those of the spices and Garda oil. This product is ideal for tasty appetizers or traditional aperitifs.
